Ingredients:
12 chicken breast fillets
Salt
2 eggs
1 small bag of seed chips
Bread crumbs
Extra virgin olive oil
Direction:
Put salt to chicken fillets.
Crush the seed chips and when we have them fine, bind with the breadcrumbs.
Beat the two eggs.
Pass the chicken breast fillets through the beaten egg and then through the seed chips that you have tied with the breadcrumbs.
When you have them all breaded, paint with a brush of extra virgin olive oil.
Place the fillets in the basket of the Air fryer without being piled up.
Select 170 degrees, 20 minutes.
Take out and put another batch, repeat temperature and time. So until you use up all the steaks.
